Please call (608) 835-5250 to make reservations. We do not accept reservation requests via email.

Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance. A deposit may be required for some holidays. If there is a need to cancel your pet's reservation, or if you return from your trip early, please call and let us know. If we are not notified, you will be charged for the time reserved.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours

We are open for pet drop-off and pick-up during the following hours:

Mon - Fri: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Sat: 7:30am - 12:00noon
Sun: 7:30am - 8:00am & 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Holidays

We are closed for pick-up and drop-off on most major holidays. Memorial Day and Labor Day, we will be closed on the Sunday and open on the holiday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
